The goals of the Centre are

• creating a favorable climate and supporting the development of private enterprises in the region

• lobbying small business interests in the local government and legislative authorities

• forming positive attitude to the small business sector, making dialogs and partnership between enterprises and government

• provide businessmen with access to business information, sources of financing, training, counseling, infrastructure and modern technology

Novosibirsk SBDC-s target groups are:

• small business enterprises,

• family businesses,

• private entrepreneurs.

SBDC offers for the members:

• access to the databases of business information including information about grants and credit programs, investment projects for small business enterprises at local and international levels;

• monthly updates about all public discussions, ?round-tables╕, legislative projects and initiatives concerning small businesses in the region;

• information about all business management education institutes that are available in Novosibirsk (with brief resume on each);

• search for the specific information required by the members of the SBDC and

• other resources that are rare and hardly available for small businesses

On the regular basis SBDC is conducting:

• forums, seminars (regional, national and international),

• training, ?round tables╕ and

• other activities for rising of public awareness to the problems of small business sector in Russia;

Novosibirsk Small Business Development Center is interested in building partnerships with other organizations that are concerned with the related topics. We are open to exchange information about going and planning activities as well as best practices for the mutual benefits and development.
